Helping you make moves

How I got here

Working out was my happy place before I decided to start my career in the fitness industry. In 2011 I started personal training to help others make it theirs too. After working with so many different people at different phases in their lives, it really drove home the fact that healthy living has a lot of competition. Often the thing we can’t seem to find is balance.

I founded “Make Moves” as a platform to showcase my training, fitness tips, and my own journey as an NPC Bikini competitor. Stepping away from bodybuilding helped me get a clearer grasp of how to balance goals and step in to my role as a lifestyle coach. I really wanted to move beyond just a workout and diet plan and use my personal experience to show how to live healthy and make sustainable changes to accomplish goals. Fitness is for life as long as you keep moving. I hope to keep doing so and help as many people as I can along the way.

MAKE GOOD MOVES

“Make Moves” has grown to be so much more than just a place to store information. The community MM  has been instrumental in helping us raise funds for organizations like: Autism Speaks, American Cancer Society and more. I’ve always been passionate about helping others in and out of the gym. This led me to co-founding the annual “Climb for a Cure,” held every October to raise awareness and funds for those impacted by Metastatic Breast Cancer. I’m extremely proud of the work we’ve done and will work to grow our platform to reach farther and impact more lives.
